Gparted on the EeePC 901

Because I wanted to install VirtualBox in Ubuntu Eee and was starting to run a little short of space, I decided to take a little from /dev/sdb1 (Xandros home which I hardly use) and add to both /dev/sdb2 and /dev/sdb3 (ubuntu / and /home).
Once again, I used my Unetbootin-generated version of Gparted on a 4GB usb key to make the partition changes. The only difficult part was the need to edit the kernel line (select Default on the boot pasge and then use the Tab key to edit the boot line. The edit is simply to increase the ramdisk size from 25000 to 250000. After that it boots without a kernel panic.
Using Gparted on the EeePC 901 is exactly the same as on a full size computer -- aboslutely no surprises.
