Yesterday, I explained the problems I had with HTML in Wordpress (btw I use wordpress.com which is the free one).
Now, I found that I had somewhat different problems in explaining this in Blogger. Effectively, when I wanted to show

I had to insert "amp;" after the ampersand in this expression otherwise it would just show up as the double quote mark.
However, this very short article explains the problem and introduces a converter that allows you to write what you want to show up in your blog and it converts it to what you need to write. Very useful.
