Yes, Opera 10 Beta appeared today and I installed it to replace the Alpha on both the MacBook and my EeePC 901.
I was very pleasantly surprised to find that inline spellchecking now allows you to choose what language options you want. Opera then downloads these and lets you choose which you want to use now.
Ang guess what! Brazilian Portuguese works perfectly -- no more fiddling around with pt_BR.dic and .aff. Everything is done for you once you picked out what languages you want.
So, I'm very happy about this.
