Get more wired connections from your router with an Ethernet Switch

For a long time I had lamented the low number of RJ45 ports on my Zyxel 660HW router particularly as the wireless signal from the same is neither strong nor reliable.
So, today I finally made the plunge and spent €42 on a Nikkai 8-port 10/100 Mpbs Ethernet Switch.
I'm amazed at how easy it was. Just connect the Switch to the router by running a normal (not a crossover) RJ45 cable from the router to any of the eight port on the Switch. Then use the others for any use you like, particularly hooking up computers that were working on the weak wireless signal.
Perfect, easy and cheap. What could be better.
